Encik Mazuki was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of IJM Corporation Berhad on 23 September 2024.

He is a Fund Manager Representative licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia and currently the Co-Head of Real Estate Division of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), overseeing a diversified domestic portfolio covering land banking, investment properties, industrial & logistics assets, active development project and hospitality investment. He started his career with PNB Group in 2001 and has over 20 years of working experience with extensive knowledge and capabilities in corporate & strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, project financing, investment analysis & appraisal, unit trust and real estate investment.

He held various positions in PNB prior to his appointment as the Co-Head of Real Estate Division, including Assistant Vice President in the Office of President & Group Chief Executive (2015 – 2017) and Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Management Department (Property/Real Estate Division) (2017 – 2020).
