Groundbreaking of New Pantai Expressway (NPE) Extension Marks Start of Construction
KUALA LUMPUR, 12 November 2025 – New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd (“NPE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”), today held the groundbreaking ceremony for the New Pantai Expressway Extension (“NPE 2”), officiated by YB Dato’ Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Minister of Works.
IJM Construction awarded RM1.4 billion design-and-build contract for NPE 2
PETALING JAYA, 5 November 2025 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”), has accepted a RM1.4 billion letter of award from New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd for the design and build of the New Pantai Highway Extension (“NPE 2”).
IJM Construction awarded RM873.9 million M&E fit-out contract for Elmina hyperscale data centre
PETALING JAYA, 29 October 2025 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”), has been awarded a RM873.9 million contract by Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd for mechanical and electrical (M&E) fit-out works for a hyperscale data centre at Elmina Business Park, Selangor.
IJM Construction secures RM1.26 billion contract for hyperscale data centre at Elmina Business Park
IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”), has secured a RM1.26 billion contract from a subsidiary of Sime Darby Property Berhad for a core and shell package that includes the main structure for one data-centre block, and its related infrastructure and facilities on a hyperscale data-centre development within Elmina Business Park, City of Elmina, Selangor.
IJM signs Supplemental Concession Agreement to advance NPE Extension
KUALA LUMPUR, 27 August 2025 – IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”) today announced that the Government of Malaysia and New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd (“NPE”), its wholly owned subsidiary, have signed a Supplemental Concession Agreement (“SCA”) for the New Pantai Highway Extension (“NPE Extension”).

IJM obtains Government approval for New Pantai Highway Extension
PETALING JAYA, 23 May 2025 – IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”) announced today that it has received approval from the Ministry of Works for the New Pantai Highway Extension (“NPE Extension”) and the toll restructuring for the existing New Pantai Highway (“NPE”). The project will be undertaken by IJM’s Infrastructure Toll Division, which manages the Group’s highway concessions.
