IJM Clarifies Latest Media Reports
PETALING JAYA, 21 January 2026 — With reference to recent media reports regarding our bank accounts, IJM Corporation Berhad wishes to clarify the following: As part of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) ongoing enquiries, a limited number of the Company’s bank accounts have been temporarily restricted to facilitate the process. The affected accounts comprise less than 10 bank accounts belonging to IJM.

With reference media reports circulated yesterday, IJM Corporation Berhad wishes to clarify the following: Our Chairman, Tan Sri Dato' Krishnan Tan, met officers from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) this afternoon and continues to cooperate fully with the authorities. IJM Construction awarded RM1.4 billion design-and-build contract for NPE 2

PETALING JAYA, 29 October 2025 – IJM Construction Sdn Bhd (“IJM Construction”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”), has been awarded a RM873.9 million contract by Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd for mechanical and electrical (M&E) fit-out works for a hyperscale data centre at Elmina Business Park, Selangor.
