From Strength
to Strength
ICP Piles is the first commercial manufacturer of High Performance Pretensioned Spun High Strength Concrete Piles (PHC Piles) in Malaysia. Presently, ICP is the one of the largest manufacturers in Southeast Asia.
We lead the foundation engineering sector with a wide range of offerings, available in diameters from 250mm to 1,200mm and lengths up to 90 meters and can be customised to meet specific project requirements.
ICP Piles holds the Malaysia Book of Records for producing the 90m longest prejoined spun concrete pile for the Batang Lupar Bridge in Sarawak—the longest river-crossing bridge in Malaysia in 2025. Back in 2023, we also achieved 54m longest single-length spun pile for the Bintulu Export Jetty Project.
These accomplishments reflect our engineering excellence, adaptability and commitment to meeting every project’s unique challenges.
ICP Piles is redefining sustainable foundations with its Green Pile—built to do more with less. By reducing cement use, minimising waste and lowering emissions, we’re shaping a greener future. Certified by SIRIM ECO-LABEL, MyHIJAU and Singapore Green Label, our commitment to circular design ensures every pile supports lasting, responsible construction.
Driving Growth
through Automation
Our new fully automated spun pile factory in Bestari Jaya represents the next chapter of ICP’s growth. As the largest spun pile facility outside China, it leverages Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance precision, efficiency and sustainability while reducing manpower dependency. The factory is aligned with Malaysia’s New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP) 2030, supporting the nation’s vision to develop 3,000 smart factories by 2030.
