PETALING JAYA, 15 May 2026 – IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Company”) refers to its Bursa Malaysia announcement dated 15 May 2026 in relation to the conclusion of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) investigation involving the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Dato’ Krishnan Tan.

PETALING JAYA, 15 May 2026 – I refer to the media reports relating to the investigations against me by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”). In their letter dated 30th April 2026 MACC has confirmed that the investigations have been completed and the case now categorised as “No Further Action.”
