On 14 September 2001, IJM received further recognition from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) when IJM Construction Sdn Bhd clinched the 2001 Builder of the Year award. This award came hot on the heels of the Malaysian International Contractor of the Year Award received in 2000.
