Commencing its business on the 31st. August, 1989 the opening ceremony being launched by Dato' Sabaruddin Chik, the former Tourism & Cultural Minister.

The Club is fully managed by Bukit Bendera Resort being supported by a well-trained staff of its different outlet such as gymnasium and swimming.The club is renowned to be one of the sole swimming pool sponsor by facilitating the school children to use the swimming pool to be trained as swimmers in order to take part in the Swimming Competition organized by the State.
