1. MARINE PILOT
1.1. QUALIFICATION
a) Aged 24 years old and above.
b) 2nd Mate Foreign Going Ship.
c) At least 12 months seatime working experience as Watch Keeping Officer (WKO) on Foreign Going Vassel And Tanker.
d) Must be medically fit for sea-going duties.
e) Computer literate.
f) All applicants must posses valid STCW 95 Certificates.
2. ENGINE DRIVER OFFICER
2.1. QUALIFICATION
a) Aged 22 years old and above.
b) Chief Engineer Officer or 2nd Engineer Officer between 750 KW – 3000 KW Near Coastal / WKE > 750 KW Near Coastal.
c) At least 1 year working experience as 2nd Engineer Officer or Chief Engineer Officer( WKE).
d) Must be medically fit for sea-going duties.
e) Computer literate.
f) All applicants must posses valid STCW 95 Certificates.
3. ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL
3.1 QUALIFICATION:
a) Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
b) At least 2 years working experience in maintaining electrical system preferably in a high voltage system.
c) Strong engineering analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot, recommend and improve work process capability.
d) Knowledge in preparation of tender documents especially on electrical specification, drawings and bill of quantities.
e) Computer literate
f) Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
3.2 RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible to plan, implement, maintain and improve the electrical / electronic equipment, instrument and system used in a port.
4. ENGINEER, CRANE MAINTENANCE
4.1 QUALIFICATION:
a) Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
b) At least 2 years working experience in maintaining Quay Cranes preferably in Crane Control System (PLC & Drive).
c) Strong engineering analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot, recommend and improve work process capability.
d) Knowledge in preparation of tender documents especially on mechanical & electrical specification, drawings and bill of quantities.
e) Computer literate
f) Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
4.2 RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible to plan, implement, maintain, repair and improve Port Quay Cranes.
5. COMPANY DRIVER
5.1 QUALIFICATION:
a) Aged 22 yeas old and above.
b) Obtained at least SRP/ PMR certificate.
c) Posses a valid driving license D from JPJ.
d) Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Other languages will be an advantage.
e) At least 2 years working experience as a Company driver (e.g. as a driver to Managing Director).
f) Familiar with routes in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya & Putrajaya
6. SAFETY MANAGER
(Pahang - Based at Kuantan)
6.1 Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Divisional Head. His key functions are as follows:-
- Responsible for all HSE issues and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all rules and regulations in accordance with national standards (international, where applicable).
- Responsible for continuous improvement on safety, health and environmental policies and procedures and system.
- To oversee the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises.
- To advise the Management team in all aspects of safety, health and environment matters.
- Continuously promote awareness on HSE practices throughout the Company.
- Timely and efficient response to HSE incidents and accidents.
- Initiate innovative ideas and good working relations with staff.
- Efficient and effective implementation of approved HSE training.
- Managing all aspects of processes and procedures in the Safety Department ensuring compliance with ISO requirement.
6.2 Requirements:
- Aged 28 years old and above.
- Degree in Safety, Health & Environment Management or Engineering (Chemical).
- Registered with DOSH as Competent Safety and Health Officer.
- Conversant in hazardous materials management.
- Knowledge in risk assessment procedures is an advantage.

7. MARINE SERVICES MANAGER
(Pahang - Based at Kuantan)
7.1 Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Divisional Head.His key functions are as follows:-
- Responsible for all floating vessels inclusive of safe manning, periodical surveys, docking, licenses and certifications in compliance with the government laws and regulations.
- Responsible for the safety of the Kuantan Port water limits inclusive of navigational aids, hydrographic survey, dredging etc.
- Directs activities of boat-repair and maintenance services, according to knowledge of maintenance needs of small craft and marine safety requirements.
- Monitors and observes vessel in operation to detect unsafe or malfunctioning equipment and leaks or other flaws in hull and superstructure.
- Estimates cost of repairs according to familiarity with labor and materials requirements or fee schedule.
- Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repairing, painting, and otherwise restoring vessels to seaworthy condition.
- Conduct or arrange for workers training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
7.2 Requirements:
- Aged 35 years old and above
- Degree in Marine Engineering or any related field.
- At least five (5) years working experience in a management position in a maritime industry.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Problem solver,proactive, high integrity, good attitude, result oriented, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Strong management and organizational skills.

8.MANAGER, PLANNING, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
(Pahang - Kuantan)
8.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Managing Director.
- He/ She is responsible to plan, organize, control and coordinate strategic planning on infrastructures, port facilities and equipments, manpower and any other initiatives the organization ventures into.
- He/She is also to analyse and produce monthly reports to top Management on key informations associated with the Port’s performances and work together with other departments to look into operational efficiency and productivity.
- He/She is also responsible to plan, organise, control and coordinate the existing ISO 9001:2008 development and enhance further and continuous improvements.
8.2 Requirements:
- Aged 35 years old and above.
- Degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics or any other related field
- At least seven (7) years experience in research & development work and managing quality management system initiatives.
- Competent in ExCel, MsWords, Power Point etc.

9. EXECUTIVE, LEGAL & CORPORATE SERVICES

10.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall assist the Head of Department of Human Resource to plan, implement, facilitate and coordinate training and career development programmes, ensuring compliance with legislatives and regulations and the ISO requirements.
- He/ She is also to assist in handling disciplinary matters, domestic investigations and inquiries and act as Secretary to the Disciplinary Committee.
- He/ She is to assist in the implementation of the staff performance appraisal exercises and to utilize the results of the performance evaluation to support other key HR processes, adding value to these processes.

11.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Managing Director in preparing monthly payroll for the senior management and executive personnel.
He/ She is also responsible to develop, implement and generate performance metrics based on annual performance review ratings and prepare recommendations of salary increment and bonus incentives for all employees.
He/She is responsible for the completion of the monthly and financial year end payroll reporting including the total compensation reports.
He/ She must be well versed with legislatives and regulatory ruling impacting the payroll and other statutory requirements.

12.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Divisional Head. His main duty is to safely navigate ocean going vessels entering or leaving the Port limits.

13. ENGINE DRIVER OFFICER

13.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of tugboats main engine and other motorized equipment, loading fuel and fuel service and any other task relevant to the safe manning of the tugboats. Supervision of engineering crew and ensuring tugboat is always kept in a state of operational readiness.
13.2 Requirements:
- Aged 22 years old and above.
- Chief Engineer Officer or Second Engineer Officer between 750 KW / 3000 KW Near Coastal / WKE > 750 KW Near Coastal.

14.1 Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Maintenance Unit at the Engineering Support Department. He is to plan, implement, maintain and repair port handling equipment such as reachstackers, prime movers, forklifts etc.
14.2 Requirements:
- Aged 21 years old and above
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automative or any other related field
- At least six (6) months experience in mechanical / automotive works
- Competent in Excel programme
15. TECHNICIAN / ELECTRICIAN (CRANE MAINTENANCE)
(Pahang - Kuantan)
15.1 Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Crane Unit at the Engineering Support Department. He is to plan, implement, maintain and repair and troubleshoot container handling equipments.
15.2 Requirements:
- Aged 21 years old and above
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical /Electronic Engineering
- At least six (6) months experience in maintenance works, preferably in maintenance of container crane.
- Competent in Excel programme
16. EXECUTIVE, MARKETING
(Pahang - Kuantan)
16.1 Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall be responsible directly to the Head of Department of Marketing in promoting, analyzing the market including competitors and customers.
- He/ She must be able to execute marketing strategies and campaigns with perseverance and be able to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
16.2 Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or any other related field

The successful candidate shall be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, repairing and managing the technical aspects associated with the installation and operations of all cranes and lifting devices in the port. He/She is to assist the procurement function in sourcing and pricing of spare parts and preparing tender documents. He/She is also to supervise and train team members as necessary.
17.2 Requirements:
- Aged 24 years old and above.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in maintaining electrical system preferably in a high voltage system.
- Strong engineering analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot recommend and improve work process capability.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic control logic. Exposures to PLC and drive system will be an added advatange.
- Knowledge in preparation of tender documents especially on electrical specification, drawings and bill of quantities.
- Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint programmes etc.
- Good presentation skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (oral and written).
18. SECURITY EXECUTIVE (male only)
18.1 QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma holder recognize by the government of institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
- Age not less than 30 years.
- At least 5 years working experience.
- With the conditions of body measurements and senses
- At least 1.57m height.
- Weight of at least 48 kg.
- Having a normal chest measurement of at least 79cm and 84cm (during breathing).
- Pass the vision test for left and right eyes tested separately with accuracy of V/6/9 without glasses.
