1. MARINE PILOT
1.1. QUALIFICATION
a) Aged 24 years old and above.
b) 2nd Mate Foreign Going Vessel and Tanker.
c) At least 12 months seatime working experience as Watch Keeping Officer (WKO).
d) Must be medically fit for sea-going duties.
e) All applicants must posses valid STCW 95 Certificates.
2. ENGINE DRIVER
2.1. QUALIFICATION
a) Aged 22 years old and above.
b) Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer Officer between 750 KW ?3000 KW Near Coastal / WKE > 750 KW Near Coastal.
c) At least 1 year working experience as 2nd Engineer Officer or Chief Engineer ( WKE).
d) Must be medically fit for sea-going duties.
e) All applicants must posses valid STCW 95 Certificates.
3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE
3.1. QUALIFICATION
a) Aged 24 years old and above.
b) Degree in Business Management/ Logistics/ Marketing/ Finance or any related discipline.
c) Graduates are encouraged to apply, those with CGPA results of 3.0 and above.
d) Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing (Port or logistic services is preferred).
e) Good communication skills in English both oral and written. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
f) Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with all level of Management.
g) A creative and analytical thinker.
h) Active in co curriculum activities.
i) Proficient computer skills.
3.2. JOB DESCRIPTION
a). Marketing the port services.
b). Marketing Strategy.
c). Marketing Study / Research.
d). Attend to Customer / Port user needs.
e). Preparation of annual Budget on cargo forecast & justification.
4. HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
4.1. REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree / Diploma in HR and related discipline
· Preferably 2-3 years working experience in the HR field
· Good working knowledge in all statutory, legislations and legal requirements related to HR
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Good communication skills in both written and oral and presentation skills is a MUST
· Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
· Able to interact with all level of staff
4.2 RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Full spectrum of HR activities: Training IR/ER, C&B, Performance Management
· General office administration
· Ensure full compliance of internal, ISO statutory and legislative requirements
· Improve and further develop HR policies and program to improve organization effectiveness
· HR measurement, analysis and reporting
· Provide counseling services to aggrieved staff
5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
5.1 REQUIREMENTS:
· Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 2 years working experience in maintaining electrical system preferably in a High Voltage System.
· Strong engineering analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot, recommend and improve work process capability.
· Knowledge in preparation of tender documents especially on electrical specification, drawings and bill of quantities.
· Computer literate
· Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Melayu and English.
5.2 RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible to plan, implement, maintain and improve the electrical/ electronic equipment, instrument and system used in a port.
