PETALING JAYA, 28 May 2026 – IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM” or “the Group”) today announced its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026, delivering revenue of RM6.9 billion, a 10.0% increase from FY2025, supported by execution across its Construction and Industry portfolios.

Putrajaya, 25 May 2026 – IJM Land Berhad (“IJM Land”) has signed a joint venture agreement with Southern Catalyst Sdn. Bhd. (“SOCAT”), a Ministry of Finance Incorporated (“MOF Inc.”)-linked company and master developer of the Southern Catalyst Innovation District in Sedenak, Kulai, Johor, to jointly develop approximately 307.17 acres of industrial and commercial land within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (“JS-SEZ”).

PETALING JAYA, 15 May 2026 – I refer to the media reports relating to the investigations against me by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”). In their letter dated 30th April 2026 MACC has confirmed that the investigations have been completed and the case now categorised as “No Further Action.”
