Mr. Khor, born in August 1958, is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd ("ICP") since 5 November 2007.

He graduated from Auburn University, Alabama, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Civil Engineering in 1981. Upon graduation, he joined Jurutera Konsultant (SEA) Sdn Bhd, an engineering consultancy firm as an engineer. He was involved in the design of the North-South Expressway. He joined ICP in 1984 as a Sales Engineer and was promoted to Sales Manager in 1993. He was Deputy General Manager in 2002 and then General Manager in 2003.

On 17 August 2004, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and as Alternate Director to Mr. Lim Yong Keat. He was appointed as Executive Director of ICP on 16 August 2006.
