ICPM, is a 100% owned subsidiary of ICP, was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 17 February 1986 as a private limited company under the name of ICP Holdings Sdn Bhd. It changed its name to ICP Marketing Sdn Bhd on 5 July 1990.

The principal activities of ICPM are trading of PSC piles, building materials and plant and machinery and investment holding. ICPM is the marketing arm of ICP's products. The products are mainly sold directly to contractors. ICPM operates from its main office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and maintains a branch office in Penang and Johor.

The authorized share capital of ICPM is RM1,000,000 divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up.
