Extension of Time for the Memorandum of Understanding with Godrej Agrovet

Further to the announcement of 28 September 2007, the Company and Godrej Agrovet Limited have mutually agreed to further extend the duration of the Memorandum of Understanding for another one (1) month to 22 January 2008 to finalize the terms for the joint venture.
