Extension of Time for the
Memorandum of Understanding with Godrej Agrovet Limited, India |

Further to the announcement of 22 December 2006, the Company and Godrej Agrovet Limited ("GAVL") have agreed to extend the duration of the Memorandum of Understanding for three (3) months to 22 June 2007 to consider the prospects of forming a joint venture with GAVL in India.
