Disposal of the 60% Equity Interest in Cekap Tropikal Sdn Bhd

The Company has disposed its six (6) ordinary shares of RM1 each representing 60% of the issued and paid-up capital of Cekap Tropkal Sdn Bhd ("CTSB") for a cash consideration of RM6. CTSB is presently a dormant company.

None of the Directors nor major shareholders of Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction.
