Acquisition of a Leasehold Land Together with Bukit Bendera Resort; and Acquisition of RB Development Sdn Bhd

Further to the announcement made on 16 June 2008, the Company wishes to announce that the following acquisitions were completed today:-

1.	acquisition of a piece of 99-year leasehold land held under PT 4308 HSD 7083, Bandar Mentakab, District of Temerloh, Pahang Darul Makmur, together with the building erected thereon known as Bukit Bendera Resort from Road Builder (M) Sdn Bhd (“RBM”); and

2.	acquisition of 100% equity interest in RB Development Sdn Bhd from RBM.
