Proposed Adoption of New Articles of Association

The Company wishes to announce that the Board proposes to seek from the shareholders the approval for adoption of a new Articles of Association (“Proposed Adoption”).

The Proposed Adoption is to streamline the Articles of Association of the Company with the new and/or amended provisions of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements, which have been revised, and to facilitate and enhance the administration of its internal affairs.

A Circular to Shareholders detailing the Proposed Adoption will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
