IJM Concrete
Products Pakistan (Private) Limited (“IJMCPPL”) has been incorporated in
Islamabad, Pakistan on 9 May 2008. The present paid-up capital of IJMCPPL is
Rs1,000 (about RM44) comprising 100 shares of Rs 10 each.
IJMCPPL will undertake the ready mixed concrete business in Pakistan. IJMCPPL
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian Rock Products Sdn Bhd, which in turn
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. |
