IJM Corporation Berhad and Public Bank Berhad were picked joint winners of the inaugural Malaysian Business Corporate Governance Award 2002 (PDF format, 608 KB).  Both companies, which were among five finalists, received the Award on 14 January 2003.  The other three finalists were Malayan Banking Berhad, Nestle Malaysia Berhad and Esso Malaysia Berhad.
