Corporate Governance Survey Report 2006
IJM Corporation Berhad and IJM Plantations Berhad were both ranked 9th place in a top 200 PLCs Corporate Governance Survey Report 2006 – a joint study conducted by MSWG (Minority Shareholders Watchdog Group) and The University of Nottingham (Malaysia Campus). In conjunction with this study, an Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 20 November 2006 with the presence of Deputy Minister of Finance I, Dato’ Dr Ng Yen Yen presenting the Awards to the recipients. Dato’ Krishnan Tan and Vela Tan received the Award on behalf of IJM Corporation Berhad & IJM Plantations Berhad respectively.
