Further to our announcement dated 1 October 2009, we are pleased to announce that as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 16 October 2009, the Rights Issue of Warrants has been oversubscribed by 186,424,124 warrants or approximately 141% over the total number of warrants available for subscription.

The details of total acceptances by our entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) and the excess applications received for the Rights Issue of Warrants are set out in the table below.

Our Board of Directors has determined the basis of allotment for the application of the excess warrants as follows :-

to minimise the incidence of odd lots; and

for allocation to entitled shareholders and/or their renouncee(s) who have applied for excess warrants on a pro-rata basis, after taking into consideration the quantum of their respective excess warrants application and the quantum of warrants provisionally allotted.
