2:5 Bonus Issue and 1:10 Rights Issue of Warrants |
|
Further to our announcements dated 11 September 2009 on the entitlement
dates for the 2:5 Bonus Issue and for the adjustments to the exercise price
and number of outstanding IJM Warrants 2005/2010 (“IJM-WB”), we wish
to announce the following:

(i) |
the exact
number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on 2 October 2009 is
377,420,983 Bonus Shares; |
|
|
|
(ii) |
the exact
number of additional IJM-WB to be listed and quoted on 2 October 2009
as a result of the Bonus Issue is 8,098,689 IJM-WB; and
|
|
|
|
(iii) |
the new
exercise price for IJM-WB is RM3.41 for every one (1) new ordinary
share of RM1.00 each in IJM. |
