IJM (India) Infrastructure Limited (“IJMII”) has on 17 September 2009 accepted the letter of intent from Pune Solapur Expressways Private Limited, the Concessionaire for the Design, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Four Laning of the Pune Solapur Section of NH9 from Km 40.000 to Km 144.400 in the state of Maharashtra, India under NHDP phase III (“the Project”) on Item Rate basis for Construction of Four Laning of Pune Solapur Section of NH9 from Km 40.000 to Km 93.000. The contract sum is INR453,58,00,240 (approximately RM327 million) and the construction period is 27 months.

IJMII is a 99.32% subsidiary of IJMII (Mauritius) Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Investments (M) Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
