1:10 Rights Issue of Warrants

Further to our announcement on 8 September 2009, the Company has on 11 September 2009 entered into an underwriting agreement with RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB”), being the Sole Underwriter for the Rights Issue of Warrants whereby RHB will underwrite up to 134,931,940 IJM Warrants. The total number of IJM Warrants to be underwritten by RHB will be mutually agreed by the Company and RHB on or before the entitlement date for the Rights Issue of Warrants.
