Remarks:
The maximum number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the Main
Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 385,519,830 Bonus Shares. The
date of the issuance, listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares is on 2
October 2009.
The holders of IJM Warrants 2005/2010 will qualify for entitlement to the
Bonus Shares PROVIDED THAT they lodge their duly completed subscription
forms (together with the subscription monies for subscription of existing
shares at the exercise price of RM4.77 for every one (1) share) with the
Share Registrar by 16 September 2009 before 12.30 p.m. A notice of allotment
for the Bonus Shares will be despatched to the entitled shareholders in due
course.
