Remarks:

Following the 2:5 Bonus Issue and the 1:10 Rights Issue of Warrants, the exercise price of IJM Warrants 2005/2010 (“IJM-WB”) will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 22 June 2005 constituting the IJM-WB (“Deed Poll”). Any adjustment to the exercise price of IJM-WB will be rounded up to the nearest one (1) sen, pursuant to the Deed Poll.

In addition, up to 8,708,936 new IJM-WB will be allotted and issued on 2 October 2009, on the basis of two (2) new IJM-WB for every five (5) existing IJM-WB held, to the entitled holders of IJM-WB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 1 October 2009. Any adjustment arising from the allotment of the new IJM-WB to each holder of IJM-WB will be rounded down to the nearest whole IJM-WB, pursuant to the Deed Poll.

The date of the issuance, listing and quotation of the additional new IJM-WB is on 2 October 2009.

A notice setting out the details of the adjustment to the exercise price of IJM-WB and the allotment of the additional new IJM-WB will be despatched to the holders of IJM-WB in due course.
