The final number of the IJM Warrants to
be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Warrants will depend on the
issued and paid-up share capital of IJM on 1 October 2009.
The abridged prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and
the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as
“Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants, will be
despatched on 5 October 2009 to the entitled shareholders who have a
registered address in Malaysia and whose names appear on the Record of
Depositors on 1 October 2009. The Documents will not be despatched to
entitled shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. The
entitled shareholder who is without a registered address in Malaysia and
wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective
stockbrokers to effect the change of address prior to 1 October 2009. |

Directors of IJM may decide in its absolute discretion and announce not less
than two (2) market days before the stipulated date and time.
