Further to the
announcement dated 20 May 2009 in relation to the Offer To Eligible
Employees, the Company wishes to announce that the IJM Land Warrants
have been successfully transferred on 27 May 2009 into the
respective securities account of the Eligible Employees (whose
acceptances and/or excess applications are valid and successful) and
the Notices of Allocation to the Eligible Employees have been
despatched on even date.
Accordingly, we wish to inform that the Offer To Eligible Employees
is now completed.
