Proposed Offer for Sale of 60,000,000 IJM Land Berhad (“IJM Land”) Warrants To Eligible Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries (“Proposed Offer to Eligible Employees”)
 

Further to the announcement dated 13 April 2009, the Company wishes to announce that the offer price for each IJM Land Warrant pursuant to the Proposed Offer To Eligible Employees has been fixed at RM0.302. The offer price represents a discount of approximately 9.7% to the 5-day weighted average market price of IJM Land Warrants up to and including 21 April 2009 of RM0.3345.

The Prospectus setting out the details of the Proposed Offer To Eligible Employees will be issued in due course.
