Letter of Acceptance for Construction of Viaduct and Dhaula Kuan Station in New Delhi, India for Airport Metro Express Line

IJM - IJMII Joint Venture has received a Letter of Acceptance from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd for the construction of viaduct and Dhaula Kuan Station in New Delhi, India for Airport Metro Express Line. The contract sum is Rs185.60 Crores (approximately RM151 million) and the construction period is 31 months.

IJM – IJMII Joint Venture is a joint venture formed by the Company and IJM (India) Infrastructure Limited (“IJMII”) on 60:40 basis. IJMII is a 97.3% subsidiary of IJMII (Mauritius) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Investments (M) Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

None of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction.
