Disposal of 100% Equity Interest in Torsco Sdn Bhd

Further to our announcement of 21 August 2007, the Company has on 30 November  2007 completed the disposal of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each in Torsco Sdn Bhd ("TSB") representing 100% equity interest in TSB for a total cash consideration of RM74,624,582.
