EGM for the Proposed Set-Off of the Impairment to the Company’s Cost of Investment in Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd

The special resolution in relation to the proposed set-off of the impairment to the cost of investment of the Company in Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd of up to RM922 million against the share premium account of the Company, pursuant to Sections 64 and 60(2) of the Companies Act, 1965, was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held this morning.
