Further to our announcement of 29 June 2007, the
Company has on 15 August 2007 completed the acquisition of
118,373,600 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Kumpulan Europlus
Berhad (“KEB”) representing 25% equity interest in KEB for a total
cash consideration of RM33,144,608 or at RM0.28 per share. The
Company is also deemed interested in Talam Corporation Berhad (“Talam”)
by virtue of KEB holding 42.94% equity interest in Talam. |
