The Board of Directors of IJM (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved IJM’s request for suspension of trading of the Company’s securities on the Main Board of Bursa Securities from 9.00 a.m., 25 July 2007 to 5.00 p.m., 26 July 2007.

The request for suspension is in view that the Board will be making an announcement of a material transaction on the proposed rationalisation of the property division of the IJM group of companies involving RB Land Holdings Berhad.
