Karachi Expressway J.A. Limited (“KEJAL”) has been incorporated in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 10 July 2007.  KEJAL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Investments J.A. Limited (“IJMIJA”) and its intended principal activities are investment holding and construction.

The intended paid-up capital of KEJAL will be USD10,000 (about RM34,100) comprising 100 shares of USD100 each.

IJMIJA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
