Further to
our announcement of 28
February 2007, the Company and the Vendors; namely, Intelbest
Corporation Sdn Bhd, Pengurusan Projek Bersistem Sdn Bhd, Ambang Sepakat Sdn
Bhd and Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye, have agreed to a last extension
of one (1) month to 30 June 2007 in connection with the Company's proposal
to acquire a 25% equity interest in Kumpulan Europlus Berhad.
