IJM Construction International Limited Liability Company (“IJMCI”) has been incorporated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) to facilitate the Group’s venture into Sharjah.  The paid-up capital of IJMCI is UAE Dirhams 1,000,000 (about RM930,000) divided into 1,000 shares of UAE Dirhams 1,000 each.

IJMCI is a 49% associate of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Its principal activity is in civil and building construction.
