Further to
our announcement of 30
November 2006, we wish to advise that the Company and the Vendors; namely, Intelbest Corporation Sdn Bhd, Pengurusan Projek Bersistem Sdn Bhd, Ambang
Sepakat Sdn Bhd and Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye, have agreed to a
further extension of three (3) months to 31 May 2007 for the fulfillment of
the conditions precedent for the proposed acquisition of 25% equity interest
in Kumpulan Europlus Berhad by the Company, which includes the finalization
of the revised terms of the proposed concession agreement for the West Coast
Highway concession.
