Letter of Acceptance for the Proposed Development of Airside Infrastructure at the Sultan Ismail International Airport, Johor Bahru

IJM Construction Sdn Bhd ("IJMC") has received a Letter of Acceptance dated 13 February 2007 from Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd for the Proposed Development of Airside Infrastructure at the Sultan Ismail International Airport, Johor Bahru at the contract sum of RM145 million.  The construction period is 22 months.  IJMC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

None of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction.
