Deregistration of Insitu Envirotech (HK) Limited, Hong Kong

Insitu Envirotech (HK) Limited (“IEHK”), Hong Kong, which has been dormant since incorporation on 11 April 2003, has been deregistered by the Companies Registry, Hong Kong on 9 February 2007, upon the application of its holding company, Insitu Envirotech Pte Ltd (“IEPL”), Singapore. 

IEPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
