Further to
our announcement of 31 May 2006, we wish to advise that the Company and the Vendors;
namely, Intelbest Corporation Sdn Bhd, Pengurusan Projek Bersistem Sdn Bhd,
Ambang Sepakat Sdn Bhd and Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye, have agreed
to a further extension of three (3) months to 28 February 2007 to enable the
fulfillment of the conditions precedent, which includes the finalisation of
the West Coast Highway concession.
