ThisDivision was among the pioneers to enter into the privatized mass housingprojects in Selangor and Penang in the early 80's. Its success spearheaded theGroup into property development that has now become a major part of the Group'sactivities. Since then, the Properties Division has made impressive inroads intothe development of massive mixed-use developments, ambitious satellitetownships, large-scale condominium projects, industrial and office parks andcorporate headquarters of major local and international corporations.
